When spring blossoms, Conversano dresses up for a celebration. From March to May, the old town is transformed into a vast garden: ‘Borgo in Fiore’ is back, the festival that celebrates nature, art and the community through floral displays, cultural events, live music and a host of activities for young and old alike.
It's not just an event, it's a sensory and collective experience, capable of bringing new life to urban spaces and awakening the soul of the city.
An explosion of colours, scents, and creativity
As you stroll through the streets in full bloom, you can admire decorated balconies, art installations made from natural materials, temporary gardens, plant sculptures and floral arrangements created in collaboration with artists, local residents, schools and shopkeepers.
Every corner tells an idea, an emotion, a shared story. And every year the theme changes, offering new interpretations and new visual inspirations.
