From 6 to 8 June 2025, Conversano will become a space for exploration, creation and experimentation. Festival Contempo is back – the cultural workshop that focuses on contemporary art and live music, with a bold and visionary programme.
A forward-thinking art platform
Contempo is not just a festival: it is a journey through sounds, installations, hybrid forms of expression and profound reflections. Each edition welcomes artists, performers and collectives from Italy and abroad, ready to infuse the city with works, sounds and visions that challenge convention.
The historic centre of Conversano is thus transformed into a living map of sound trails, immersive installations, live performances and temporary exhibitions, all of which engage the public in a direct and emotional way.
2025 Edition – RESET: between void and rebirth
Visual artists, sound designers, experimental musicians, performers and curators will explore the theme of emptiness as a source of creative and social potential, bringing new forms of storytelling to the city’s historic and urban spaces.
The theme of the 2025 edition is RESET, an invitation to reflect on the concept of starting afresh, taking a break and transformation. In a world that is constantly accelerating, the festival offers a space to pause, listen and rethink.

Arrive in the late afternoon
. Many events take place between 6.00 pm and 11.00 pm, when the city comes alive with sounds and lights. Arriving early allows you to explore the installations at your leisure and decide where to start.
