Description

Nestled in the tranquillity of the Puglian countryside, our *masseria* tells a story that spans centuries. The ground floor, dating back to the early 18th century, was originally part of an old farmhouse, while in 1860, the owners at the time – priests Saverio and Aloysio Lorusso – decided to expand the structure by adding the first floor.

A few years later, in 1873, the settlement was enhanced by a small church dedicated to SS. Maria delle Grazie, which is still consecrated today, and by a charming little shrine known as “caffeamus”, accessible via a pergola with period columns. In the early 20th century, the stable was built; today it houses our restaurant and a number of rooms on the upper floor.

The farm stretches out all around, surrounded by Italian and English-style gardens, where nature, tranquillity and beauty coexist in perfect harmony.

Rooms and Annexes

Our rooms and annexes, furnished with period furniture and equipped with every modern comfort, offer an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, a TV, a fridge and a hairdryer; some also include a convenient kitchenette.

Pool and Relax

At the heart of our oasis is the stone swimming pool, comprising two pools: one for adults and a safer one for children. A whirlpool, waterfalls and a large surrounding lawn make this the perfect spot for moments of pure relaxation.

Restaurant and Flavours of Puglia

In the dining room, converted from an old early 20th-century stable, you can feel the rustic spirit of tradition, enhanced by authentic and welcoming cuisine. In the warmer months, the outdoor pergola provides the setting for breakfasts and dinners surrounded by greenery, amidst the scents of herbs and the tranquillity of the Apulian countryside.
