From 14 to 16 November 2025, the historic center of Conversano comes alive with scents, sounds, and flavors to host the 15th edition of Novello sotto il Castello, one of the most anticipated autumn events in Puglia.

An event that celebrates the tradition of Puglian new wine, but does so with a contemporary spirit, blending culinary cultures, musical performances, and creative innovation. Three days of celebration, tastings, and music where the city becomes a crossroads of sensory experiences.

At the heart of the event are the Puglian winemakers, with their finest new wine labels, and the taste artisans from all over Italy. More than 70 participants including producers, wineries, chefs, and food trucks, ready to take visitors on a journey through authentic flavors and intense aromas.

Alongside the wine glasses, there is a curated selection of gourmet street food, able to showcase Italian cuisine in all its nuances: from reinterpreted regional traditions to gastronomic experimentation.
