Just a few kilometres from Conversano, nestled amongst olive groves and cherry trees, Casina dei Preti is much more than just a restaurant: it is a place where tradition is served at the table, ready to tell stories through every dish.

In this historic Apulian farmhouse, dining becomes a sensory experience, where authentic flavours blend with a unique atmosphere and a warm welcome. The dining room, converted from an old early 20th-century stable, retains the rustic charm of the past and enriches it with genuine hospitality. In the warmer months, the outdoor pergola offers lunches and dinners surrounded by greenery, amidst nature and the tranquillity that epitomises Puglia.

The establishment is run by the owners, Silvio, Caterina, Ezia and Simona: a family who have made hospitality their way of life. Their recipes are based on produce freshly harvested from the nearby farm and are prepared with care, attention and passion, whilst also catering to guests’ specific requirements.

Casina dei Preti isn’t just about good food: it’s also about sharing. Here, you can take part in small events (birthdays, graduation parties, First Communions) and cookery classes, where you can learn to make orecchiette, focaccia and traditional desserts by hand; these are intimate, authentic occasions where you can truly experience the local culture.
